As your counsellor, I’m here to listen to you, see the world through your eyes and support you in understanding your feelings and how best to work through them.

I have qualifications in both psychodynamic counselling and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).  My preferred style of counselling is psychodynamic as this allows us to focus on the cause of your problems rather coping mechanisms alone. This style of counselling typically requires a longer programme however the results are far more effective.

I’m also a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and regularly use the theories practiced in TA (Transactional Analysis) therapy. I work within the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) guidelines for counselling.
